| Form / Shape | 寄木造、彫眼で、手は來迎院を結び、螺髪の部分、特に後頭部は風化はなはだしいものがあるが(顔、法衣は風化の難はなく、相好優婉で、衣文線の起伏も流麗な線を示し、膝張も佛身に安定感をあたえ、像全体として端麗な作である。現在素地となっているが、衣文の部分をよく注意すると漆箔の痕跡を僅かながらに残し、漆箔像であったことが判明される。大正年代に美術院の修理が施されており、破損箇所が見られない。蓮座ではなく框座のみで光背又失している。時代は平安後期末葉、観音堂に安置される。 |
