| Form / Shape | 蓮華坐上に直立する通肩の法衣を着した比較的簡素な像で、その背面に陰刻銘がある。これによって元久三年（1206）（建永元年）十月三日に信濃善光寺の本仏を写して鋳造されたものでその願主は善全と云う。像鋳師は万アミタフと云う人であったことが判る。この阿弥陀像は善光寺式阿弥陀像の中尊で一元三尊の舟形光背と五仏宝冠に似た宝冠を戴く両脇侍は散逸してしまっているが、鎌倉初頭より地方的に構造の流りを見た善光寺式の貴重な資料である。 |
