| Form / Shape | 赤穂城大手門内にある。屋敷は表口28間余、裏行45間余りで、正保2年（1645）に浅野家入部以来、元禄14年（1702）の廃絶するまでの57年間、大石良欽・良昭・良雄が居住した。そのあと永井家家老篠原長兵衛の屋敷となり、森家入国後は藩札製造所となり、正徳年間（1711～1716）に失火のため屋敷は焼失したが長屋門と庭園だけはのこった。赤穂城は浅野長直が慶安元年（1648）より寛文元年（1661）の14年間を費して築城したが、長屋門はこの頃のもので、安政3年（1856）に修復されている。 |
